Open Mini-camp 

The DFW DOOM will continue its relentless search for talent throughout the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex. The Doom will host an Open Mini-Camp for any athlete seeking the opportunity to play professional football. Whether it’s for enjoyment, competition, or further developing skills beginning on Saturday, November 22, 2008 and will run every Saturday and Sunday until January 3, 2009 from 2pm – 4:30pm.  This will allow the coaching staff an extensive look at every player. The camp will be held at West Elementary School located at 2911 Kingswood Blvd Grand Prairie, TX.  Participants are asked to park in the lot behind the school.

 
The cost of the camp is $30 cash or Money Order per individual. Registration will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. A thirty minute period of supervised warm-up drills will follow.

The camp is open to anyone who has completed their college eligibility and is physically able to perform the drills. A waiver and release form will be signed by all participants stating that they are physically able to participate and not hold the DFW Doom liable for any injury suffered during the camp. Participants need to provide their own workout attire. Shorts and t-shirts along with grass cleats are recommended as the camps will conducted on a grass field. Participation in the Mini-camp is not an offer of employment but merely an evaluation. By the conclusion of the camp, everyone will have been advised of their results.
